Birth Planning Session & Childbirth Education
This option is right for you if You are seeking guidance & clarity about the process of labor and birth, without the hands-on experience of having a doula with you. Whether you're becoming parents for the first time or have birthed before, package will help you become prepared for your unique childbirth experience.
Via Zoom or in-Person-This is for the expectant family that is looking for assistance with completing a birth plan. After attending the four 2 hour sessions, either virtual or in person, you will not only be to complete your birth plan, but you will also be equipped with evidence based information to assist you and your partner with making informed decisions regarding your prenatal care, birth, postpartum, and beyond. “An informed birth is an empowered birth”.
What to expect:
A copy of the In Joie’s Arms Birth Doula Services birth plan worksheet
Unbiased, evidence-based information about all of your birthing options and answers to all of your questions
A completed typed birth plan emailed to you within 7 days of your session and CBE classes
One week access to my Google Classroom with information and resources
I will provide email support for 2 weeks after your session and CBE classes as you tweak your birth plan to perfectly communicate your needs.
